A dramatic series full of action and adventure and tells about the functions of Lieutenant Theo Kojak. Kojak is the main character in this TV drama as a tough cop and a person fond of lollipops. Kojak faces a very difficult job every day but he is always optimistic as he relentlessly introduces criminals to justice while remaining optimistic and pleasant in any case.
