As the drummer for seven-time Grammy winning international superstar Taylor Swift, Matt Billingslea is currently traveling on the RED Tour, performing for sold-out crowds as Swift headlines stadiums and arenas around the world. In addition to the tour, Matt's performances with Swift have included the Grammy Awards, the Billboard Music Awards, the BRIT Awards, and numerous promotional appearances around the globe.Prior to ing Swift, Matt spent three years touring with multi-Grammy winners Lady Antebellum, and during that time co-wrote "Wanted You More," a top-20 single from Lady A's third album, Own The Night. Matt also toured with multi-platinum country star Gary Allan, headlining the 2012 Country Throwdown Tour and playing shows preparing for the release of his tenth album, Set You Free.A Nashville resident since 2005, Matt is a native of Westminster, Maryland. He started playing drums at age ten and played in local and regional bands through high school.
